Avoid Deformation Bending And Distortion of The Table Mould

   The deformation, bending and twisting of the Table Mould(FURNITUREMOULD) are mainly due to the shrinkage rate of the flow direction in the plastic molding process being larger than the shrinkage ratio in the vertical direction, so that the shrinkage ratio of the parts is different and warpage, which is unavoidable in injection molding. There is a large internal stress inside the part to cause warpage, which is a manifestation of deformation caused by high stress orientation. Therefore, fundamentally, the table mould design determines the warpage tendency of the part. It is difficult to suppress this trend by changing the molding conditions. Finally, the problem must be solved from mold design and improvement.

Melted, silvery, cracked polystyrene, transparent part of plexiglass, and sometimes some sparkling filamentous silver can be seen through the light. These silver stripes are also known as spots or cracks. This is because the stress in the vertical direction of the tensile stress is generated, and the weight of the polymer molecule is represented by the difference in the folding ratio of the reoriented orientation and the unoriented portion.

Under normal circumstances, the gloss of the surface of an injection molded part depends mainly on the type of plastic, the colorant and the surface finish of the mold. However, for some other reason, the surface color and gloss defects of the product and the darkness of the surface are often caused.

Due to the intrusion of the insertion holes, the discontinuous flow rate and the area where the filling flow is interrupted, the molten plastic in the cavity meets in multiple strands, and a linear weld is produced because it cannot be completely fused. In addition, in the case of gate injection molding, a welded joint is formed and the strength at the welded joint is poor.
